THE 10:10
PRE-ORDER NOW | ORDERS WILL SHIP BY 7/11
The 10:10, our maiden roast is here! A process that began in the heart of my family decades ago and a journey we embarked on as a small business in December of 2024. Something that was dormant is now slowly coming back to life or ‘zoe’.
Getting this roast into your cups required a village of people who came together. From our farmers who harvested, washed, dried and milled this coffee to our amazing Bean 2 Bean partners in Philadelphia who roasted the beans with expert care.
Your purchase of the 10:10 roast will support our family-owned business, our farmers (who are family) and the infrastructure of the coffee farm in the beautiful land of lakes and volcanoes.
Below is everything you need to know about your beans:
10 oz whole bean - yes, you’ll need a grinder but the beautiful thing is you can french press it, make it in your espresso machine, aeropress it, or put it through your favorite drip machine or greca and enjoy
100% Nicaraguan coffee
Roast: Medium
Variety: Caturra
Process: Organically shade-grown at 1968 ft. elevation in family-owned farm in Carazo, Nicaragua. Naturally shaded by banana and guanacaste trees for optimal growth. Washed. Sun-dried. Hand milled.
Roasted in Philadelphia.
Tasting notes include: dark chocolate, plum, caramel.
If you’re feeling a little extra Zoe, add a tumbler to your order.
